Nadean is an experienced resume writer who joined the Successful Resumes team in 2015. Since then, she has been working with clients in Rural NSW and Queensland to get the job they want. Before joining our team, Nadean spent 18 years in local government with 15 years in HR management. It’s fair to say Nadean has seen a lot of resumes! In fact Nadean has assessed thousands of applications for local government jobs. She has sat on interview panels for a wide range of roles and worked directly with hiring managers to find the right candidate.

After watching lots of great candidates miss out of opportunities due to poorly written resumes, Nadean decided it was time to swap sides and help people improve their chances of getting jobs in the public service, private and not for profit sectors. Since then she has helped hundreds of Australian’s get the job they want.

Nadean is passionate about helping clients understand and sell their skills. She works closely to help clients identify their strengths and how to showcase them to meet the needs of recruiters and employers.

From the moment you contact Nadean, she will help you a through an easy and simple process to create the documents you need for a successful job application and interview. We offer an entirely personalised service so Nadean will meet with you by phone or video conference to talk about your experience and help identify your strengths. From them she will take that information to draft a resume and/or application documents. Nadean will the work with you via email until you feel confident your new documents position you to succeed.
