Following 18 years’ experience in local government including 15 years in human resource management, Nadean joined the Successful Resumes Brisbane CBD team in 2015.

Nadean has a broad knowledge and personal insight into what employers and managers are looking for when recruiting for roles in Government and private equity industries. She has assessed thousands of job applications and has participated on hundreds of interview panels for a wide variety of roles. After watching excellent candidates miss out on a job opportunity because of their application, Nadean decided to use this experience to support jobseekers to write resumes that work.

Nadean is passionate about helping clients showcase their skills and experience to stand out from the crowd. She supports clients achieve success with resumes, cover letters and selection criteria that are competitive in today’s employment market and meet the needs of recruiters and managers.

Interview training that builds your confidence

Nadean provides one on one interview training for clients. This training provides them an opportunity to learn how to build a personal story that sells their skills for the roles they are applying for. Her highly skilled interviewing capability enables her to help clients draw out information that is relevant, useful and applicable to the position.

Our process

From the first contact to interview stage Nadean delivers a structured process that supports clients through the entire process; from preparing and lodging the application to attending the interview with confidence. She generally works with clients, over the phone, via skype or using email.
