Nadean has 18 years Local Government experience including 15 years in Human Resource Management. The experience gained in these 18 years gives Nadean a comprehensive understanding of a vast range of positions including labourers, plant operators, supervisors, managers, engineers, environmental and building, senior management, office staff, community services staff, preschool staff, tourism, library and many more.
Prior to joining Local Government Nadean worked in a variety of fields which gave her extensive experience in Business Management, Office Management, Customer Service, Account Management, the Banking Industry and the Hospitality Industry.
Nadean has also been very successful in the Event Management Industry running the largest weekend Cutting Horse Show in Australia "New England Cuttin' for Cash" building it from its inaugural show in 2010 to a 4 day show in 2014 with huge entries and massive added prize money. This event includes a charity auction also coordinated by Nadean.
Nadean's life and professional experiences and achievements give her a unique understanding of positions across a broad range of Government and private equity industries. - Firstly I will ask you to email me your current resume if you have one and this will give us a starting point.
- I will email you a questionnaire to complete, this will help us gather important relevant information.
- We will then preferably meet for a face to face 1 hour interview. If face to face isn't possible we may do a skype interview or alternately a phone interview.
- Following the interview I will prepare a first draft and email it to you for you to note any changes that you do not agree with or add anything that we didn't include initially that has come to mind.
- Once we make these changes and you are completely satisfied I will provide you with a copy in a presentation folder, an emailed PDF copy, an emailed word copy and a copy saved to a disk.
